At least yesterday’s stubborn rain did finally give up and let some sun in. Hence I could have some fun. Today though, the sky was absolutely pouring down tons of water flooding roads and pavements. You could expect that I did nothing.
Second day in a row, McDonald’s came to the rescue. It’s funny how people quickly recognise you for your difference. Especially kids waving at you and yelling “haro!” whenever they catch your eye. Best to not look at them 😛 I used the day to push my works on the personal book forward and catch up on e-mails as this is the best you can do with this Internet connection here.
Surprisingly, our hosts popped in around 7PM to prep other rooms for guests arriving in the following days. I quickly drag them away from their duty and spent hours talking about our lives and sharing fantastic stories. They were also so kind to lend me their car if I wanted it any day :O It’s actually very convenient as the public transport here is terrible. I have also learnt what’s worth seeing here, so I hope to update you with some great places and pictures.
