The day was pretty much noiseless. The rain outside didn’t encourage to go out anywhere. But that’s OK… you need such days, too. Especially in a fast-pacing city like Tokyo.
In the evening I made an effort to try and enrich my Japanese cuisine experience, so went down to the main street and found a self-barbecue place. It is a fascinating concept that has developed among restaurants, where you are given all the ingredients and tools and expected to cook it yourself. It is an example where cooking is fun and very rewarding at the same time. Well-presenting, incredibly delicious and super fresh… that’s the food standard in any of Japanese restaurants.
I am attending the famous St. Patrick’s Festival in Tokyo tomorrow, so stay tuned.
